Overview
Nerus is a meeting-centric workspace operated by SagittariusAI. This policy describes how the current Nerus browser prototype handles information when you visit this site or choose to connect Google Workspace services.
Nerus is in development. If the product's data architecture changes, this policy will be updated to describe the new handling before the change is introduced.
Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, Nerus may handle:
- Basic Google account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier for sign-in and workspace display.
- Google Calendar event details needed to show your meetings, including titles, times, descriptions, participants, organizers, and Google Meet links. Calendar access is read-only.
- Google Drive file metadata such as file names, types, links, modified times, and owner details so Nerus can show recent files relevant to your work. Nerus does not read Drive file contents through its current Drive connection.
- Information you enter into your Nerus workspace, such as notes, tasks, projects, meeting context, and follow-up drafts.
- Recipient addresses, subject lines, and message bodies that you provide when you ask Nerus to send a follow-up through Gmail. Nerus does not read your Gmail inbox.
Google API data
Nerus uses Google user data only to provide features you directly request: meeting context from Calendar, recent file metadata from Drive, and user-initiated follow-up messages through Gmail.
Nerus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Nerus does not sell Google API data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Google API data is not used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, housing, employment, or similar decisions, and is not used to train generalized AI models.
Google OAuth access is requested only after you choose to connect a service. You can review or revoke access from your Google Account security settings at any time.
How the current prototype stores data
The current browser prototype makes Google API requests directly from your browser. OAuth access tokens are held in memory for the active session and are not saved in a Nerus server database. Workspace state and profile preferences may be stored in your browser's local storage on the device you use.
The current prototype does not send Google Calendar, Drive, or Gmail data to a SagittariusAI server for storage or processing. Google retains data in Google services according to Google's own policies; messages you send remain subject to Gmail's retention and privacy practices.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Nerus, show meeting context, organize your workspace, prepare drafts you request, send messages you explicitly initiate, troubleshoot the product, and respond to support requests.
We do not use Google API data for advertising or sell it to another company.
Sharing
Nerus does not share Google API data with advertisers or data brokers. Information is shared with Google APIs only as needed to provide the Google feature you selected, such as sending a message through Gmail. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect the security and rights of SagittariusAI, our users, or the public.
Your choices
- Disconnect Google services from Nerus when that control is available in the app.
- Revoke Nerus's access in your Google Account security settings.
- Clear Nerus site data and local storage from your browser to remove the current browser prototype's locally stored workspace state.

Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current prototype. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Session tokens held in browser memory are removed when the session ends or when you disconnect a service; local workspace data remains on your device until you clear it or request assistance.
Children
Nerus is not directed to children. Do not use Nerus if you are not permitted to use services like this under the laws that apply to you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Nerus develops. The effective date above will change when the policy is revised. Continued use of Nerus after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
